Hi, my name is Jenny. I am a 37-year old wife and mum to two wonderful kids. I was raised in a Christian family though I did not begin to truly walk with the Lord until about ten years ago. In those ten years I have learned to love and follow him faithful in and out of season. 

I was raised in the church but I wasn't living for the Lord. I knew how to talk the talk but I failed to walk the walk. I was more concerned in making Christianity look cool than I was in what God wanted me to do. The truth is,  I was the one who showed up to church every Sunday morning but had been out at the bar the night before with my friends, so there was a good chance I was hung over. 

 

I started this blog because I know many of you are struggling to live the life that God has called you to live. I in no way pretend to have all the answers but I want to have a space where I can share the things I am learning and the growth that I have experienced through the seasons God brings me through. Every day I make mistakes but I know that God is making me into the wife, mother, and women God has called me to be. My intention is that this be a place of honesty but my family's privacy will always be my focus so you will not find any specifics of my children's (no names, no photos, no details).

 

 I pray that through this site you will find refreshment and encouragement that will help you to move forward in your relationship with God and find your fulfillment in Him.
